Copyright of the Sadajiro's original sole authored books －定次郎のオリジナル単著の著作権について
On Dec 30 2018, CPTPP (Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership) came into force. The copyright of the original sole authored books of Sadajiro TSUCHIDA (who died in 1976) subsists until the end of the year 1976+70 = 2046. Until then, his family holds all rights. Without the permission of the copyright holder, you cannot change the original text and/or cannot use the original text for commercially.
2018年12月30日に CPTPP （環太平洋パートナーシップに関する包括的及び先進的な協定）が発効しました。1976 年没の土田定次郎が単独で著した原著は、70年後の年末、つまり 2046 年末まで保護されます。それまでは彼の家族が全ての権利を保持しています。権利保持者の許可なく、オリジナルのテキストを改変したり商用目的で使用したりすることはできません。
